In order to stimulate the learning process of children, a teacher should be well prepared for every situation. Using situation descriptions my team and I, existing of Laura van der Lubbe and Annigje van der Wel, want to provide teachers the ability to reflect on themselves and their way of reaching out to their class. Hopefully, this will result improvement points which will eventually lead to a more productive learning environment. With some tips and tricks we will advice the teacher what changes he or she can make to become a more inspiring teacher.
